Translation Services Canada

Welcome to Translation Services Canada!

We are your one-stop service provider for all your translation needs - based in the Metro Vancouver area, we provide certified, technical, and marketing translations by actual human translators to ensure you are accurately understood no matter where you are. All of our translators are certified by STIBC (the Society of Translators and Interpreters of British Columbia), so you can rest assured that your document translations are of the best quality.

At Translation Services Canada quality is our highest priority!

We provide translations in the following categories:

Certified Translations (e.g. Medical Records, Legal Documents, Immigration Papers, etc.)

General Documents (e.g. Resumes, Cover Letters, School Documents, Books, etc.)

Technical Translations (e.g. Construction Manuals, PhD Dissertations, Journal Articles, etc.)

Marketing & Advertisement (e.g. Websites, Promotional Materials, Advertisement Campaigns, etc.)

Our translators are bilingual speakers and are highly skilled and knowledgeable in their respective areas of expertise. Human translators have the skills and capacity to produce accurate, natural and culturally appropriate translations that convey the intended meaning and tone of the original text, while machine translation, on the other hand, often fails to capture nuances, idioms, humor and context, resulting in errors and misunderstandings. Therefore, it is important to have your translations completed by actual humans, and not just use machine translation, if you want to communicate effectively and professionally with your target audience.

Why choose us?

Our translators are trained and certified in Canada by STIBC and CTTIC.

Our translations meet the highest industry standards and are accepted for all official purposes in Canada (incl. IRCC, Canada Revenue, etc.) and most official purposes abroad.

We are a One-Stop Translation provider, meaning we provide all levels of service to our clients, ranging from terminology search, translation, editing and proofreading services.

We also cover all types of translation needs, including General Translations, Certified & Notarized Translations, Marketing Translations and Technical Translations.

"We had an urgent need for initial documents for a Probate Court in Germany, Anika ensured this was done fast. Subsequently we had several more translations; the service is smooth and efficient. Anika communicates fast, that was appreciated."
